Our Commitment to Responsible Growth Worldwide
Operating in thirty countries means thirty sets of expectations. Here is the standard we hold ourselves to everywhere.

A multinational can either apply the local minimum in every market or hold one standard everywhere. We have chosen the second, and it is occasionally expensive.
One safety standard
Site safety requirements do not vary by jurisdiction. Where local rules are lighter than ours, ours apply.
One approach to pay and conditions
Wages are benchmarked to a living standard in the local market rather than to the legal floor.
Local supply where it holds up
We buy locally where suppliers meet our standards, and we invest in bringing suppliers up to them rather than importing around the problem.
Transparent tax
We report what we pay and where. Structures that exist only to move profit are not worth the reputational cost.
Independent verification
Internal assurance is not enough on its own. Our environmental and labor standards are externally audited, and those findings are published.
