Driving Smarter Decisions With Data Intelligence
Analytics programs fail on trust long before they fail on technology. Fix the definitions first.

The most common failure in a data program is not a broken pipeline. It is two people in a meeting with different numbers for the same thing.
Definitions are the product
Before the warehouse, before the dashboards, agree what a customer is, when revenue is recognized, and which sites count as active. Written down, owned by someone, versioned like code.
Make the source obvious
Every figure on a report should be traceable to the system it came from and the transformation applied. Trust follows traceability.
Serve decisions, not curiosity
A dashboard nobody acts on is a cost. Start from the decision that needs making and its cadence, then build the smallest thing that informs it.
Automate the recurring, not the exploratory
Recurring reporting should require no human effort. One-off analyzis should require no ceremony. Confusing the two produces slow answers and brittle pipelines.
Retire aggressively
Reports accumulate. An annual cull of anything unopened for a quarter keeps the estate honest.
