Solar initiative in Southeast Asia

The challenge

Manufacturing clients across Southeast Asia faced rising grid tariffs and increasingly frequent outages, with no realistic path to on-site generation at the scale they needed.

What we did

We developed a distributed portfolio of rooftop and ground-mount solar across four countries, structured under long-term power purchase agreements so clients carried no capital cost. Storage was sized against each site’s outage profile rather than a single standard.

The outcome

120MW of installed capacity, an average 28% reduction in energy cost for participating sites, and a measurable improvement in production continuity at the sites where outages had been most disruptive.
